This is in addition to reducing stress and increasing relaxation. It's related to the healing of an ailment, chronic pain, and injury recovery. Specific problems are worked on, which focuses on getting results. It is intended to concentrate on certain affected areas. More deep compression will be done on the energy lines.
Thai Yoga Massage & Stretching
The client is fully clothed throughout the session. Being dressed in looser fit, comfortable clothing allowing ease of movement and flexibility. No lotion or oil is used in this massage type.
It combines a massage and stretching, a more active type of massage with different yoga poses which allow for a deeper stretch. There is a focus on improving and balancing the flow of energy throughout the body. Pressure points are stimulated to open the body’s energy pathways and allow the body to heal.
Swedish Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage is the most common method for relaxation massage. It’s performed using slower pace and light pressure, smooth, and gentle treatment that promotes general relaxation, relieves some muscular tension and increases circulation. This massage generally covers most areas of the body.The main focus of relaxation massage is designed for those who want to relax, de-stress, calm the mind and body. It will usually involve flowing strokes and kneading, performed at your chosen pressure.
